General

It is depended on your payment type, if you

  1. Pay with Credit/Debit Card, Prompt Pay, Rabbit LINE Pay or True Money Wallet, you will receive a confirmation instantly after you completed a payment.
    2. Pay with Internet Banking or Mobile Banking, you will receive a confirmation within 1 hour after you completed a payment.

Booking confirmation is immediate. You will receive an instant confirmation email that gives you the details of your booking; this includes your booking confirmation number, which can also be seen in your Siam Deal Profile under “My Profile”. You will also be able to see all the appointments you have made under this tab. If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder, if you still cannot find it, please contact us and we will re-send the confirmation to you.

In order to reschedule the appointment, you can contact direct to the venue and request them for reschedule via sharing your appointment confirmation number.

To book a service:

1. Go to Siam Deals application or www.siam.deals
2. Find a service you love
3. Click on Book Now
4. Select date & time for your appointment
5. Make a purchase
6. Visit the shop and enjoy your service

You can simply make a cancellation request via contact us page, just select an booking cancellation request option from drop down menu and mention your order number alone with the reason of cancellation. Our support will look your request and issue a refund within 24 to 48 hour.
